We understand that travel plans, weather, and island logistics can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a tour so we can work with you and your guide.
Guest cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour may be rescheduled or refunded, less any non-refundable transaction charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour time may be non-refundable because guide time, transport, and permits may already be committed.
Weather and safety
Your safety and the welfare of St. Lucia's wildlife and habitats come first. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we may adjust the route, reschedule the experience, or cancel the tour. If we cancel and rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a refund.
Cruise ship and arrival changes
If your cruise ship does not dock in St. Lucia or your arrival is disrupted, please message us as soon as you can. We will do our best to reschedule or refund depending on the circumstances and any costs already incurred.
No-shows and late arrivals
No-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals may shorten the experience or be treated as a no-show if the guide can no longer operate the tour safely or on schedule.
Private or custom tours
Private, specialist, and custom birding or wildlife experiences may have additional terms agreed during booking. Those written booking terms will apply where they differ from this general policy.
